Old Baldy Lookout

KIMBERLEY

Perched high above the Beaver Valley, Old Baldy is a must-visit for fall foliage. The short hike along the Bruce Trail brings you to a rocky cliff edge with sweeping views of forested slopes, winding country roads, and patchwork farmland. It’s a popular spot for a reason. Irish Mountain Lookout

MEAFORD

Just a short drive from the town of Meaford, this lesser-known gem offers panoramic views over Georgian Bay and the escarpment below. A lookout platform and picnic area make it perfect for a slow afternoon. Eugenia Falls Conservation Area

Explore the nearby trails to find elevated views over the gorge, rolling countryside, and beyond. It’s dramatic, peaceful, and especially stunning after a rainfall.

Metcalfe Rock

THE BLUE MOUNTAINS

For the adventurous, Metcalfe Rock offers one of the most rewarding views in the county. It’s a favorite among hikers and rock climbers, and the trek through thick hardwood forest makes the final viewpoint feel well-earned. At the top, you’re rewarded with a vast overlook of the valley, dotted with fiery maple trees and calm farmland.
